Returns and refunds
Antica Barbieria Colla pays the utmost attention to the preparation and shipment of every order placed through its online shop.
As the products sold are intended for personal care, shaving, beard care, hair care and skincare, Antica Barbieria Colla does not accept voluntary returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged, altered, or are no longer in their original condition or original seal, where applicable, for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
This is without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers under applicable law, as well as to the protections provided in the event of an incorrect, damaged or non-conforming product.
Right of withdrawal
For purchases made online, consumer customers may exercise their right of withdrawal in the cases and within the terms provided for by applicable law.
The request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be returned intact, unused, in its original packaging and, where applicable, with the original seal unbroken.
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed products that have been opened after delivery, or for products that have been used, altered, damaged or are no longer suitable for resale.
How to request a return
To submit a return request, the customer must contact Antica Barbieria Colla at the following address:

The communication must include:
- order number;
- customer’s name and surname;
- product for which the return is requested;
- reason for the request;
- return shipment tracking details;
- any photographs, in the event of a damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product.
The customer must wait for confirmation and instructions from Antica Barbieria Colla before shipping the product back.
Return shipping costs
In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, the direct costs of return shipping shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated by Antica Barbieria Colla.
In the event of an incorrect, damaged or non-conforming product, the request will be assessed by customer service, who will provide the customer with the most appropriate instructions for handling the case.
Refunds
When a return is accepted, the refund will be issued using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
Any commissions, charges or costs applied by payment intermediaries or third-party services are not refundable where they do not constitute amounts actually received by Antica Barbieria Colla, and within the limits permitted by applicable law.
Antica Barbieria Colla may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until the customer has provided proof that the product has been shipped back.
The refund will be issued within the terms provided for by applicable law.
Any supplementary costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery option offered at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
Incorrect, damaged or non-conforming products
If the customer receives an incorrect, damaged or non-conforming product, they must contact customer service as soon as possible, indicating the order number and attaching photographs of the product and its packaging.
Antica Barbieria Colla will assess the request and provide instructions for replacement, return or refund, where applicable.
International orders and customs duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, taxes and import charges shall be borne by the customer and depend on the regulations of the destination country.
These costs are neither applied nor collected by Antica Barbieria Colla and are not refundable by the seller.
Orders shipped to the United States of America may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import charges under the regulations in force for goods originating from the European Union.
Such costs may be estimated, for guidance purposes only, at approximately 15% of the total order value. However, the amount actually requested by the competent customs authorities may be higher, without prior notice and without specific reasons being provided.
Some products packaged in aluminium, such as Black Fig Hair Gel, Extra Strong Hold Hair Wax, Polishing and Protective Beard Wax, Natural Bristle Shaving Brush and Shaving Bowl, may be subject to additional customs charges.
Antica Barbieria Colla has no control or decision-making power over the application, calculation or collection of customs duties, taxes and import charges, which remain entirely the responsibility of the shipment recipient.
In the event of non-collection or refusal of delivery for reasons related to customs duties, taxes or import charges, no refund of the order amount will be possible.
