The exclusive shaving experience, following the classic tradition of Italian barbering
The traditional Italian shave is one of Antica Barbieria Colla’s most emblematic rituals. The age-old art of shaving has been handed down since 1904 with the same care and the same precision.
The treatment lasts approximately 25 minutes and is performed with a sterile single-use razor.
It begins with a preparatory massage using Pre-Shave Cream, followed by the application of a hot towel to encourage the skin to relax and the pores to open.
The Shaving Cream is then worked with the Natural Bristle Shaving Brush until it forms a dense, soft and enveloping lather, applied to the face with circular movements.
After shaving, the skin is soothed with Apricot Hull Aftershave and once more wrapped in the warmth of the towel. The ritual concludes with a final nourishing massage, choosing the Aftershave Milk best suited to the skin or, upon request, a Cologne.

Recommended routine
Before shaving, apply a small amount of Pre-Shave Cream to the face and massage gently.
Fill the bowl with hot water, then moisten the Shaving Brush once the water is lukewarm and work the Shaving Cream in circular movements until a dense, even lather forms.
Apply the lather to the face with the Brush and proceed with shaving.
When finished, rinse the face with lukewarm water and massage in a small amount of Apricot Hull Aftershave; once absorbed, apply Aftershave Milk as desired.
The use of Aftershave Milk after Apricot Hull Aftershave, particularly soothing and moisturising, is especially recommended for sensitive skin.
